UNDERCOUNTER DISHWASHER - Upon normal cycle, the cycle never ended, dishes were dirty, soap was undiluted and the stop button does not respond, we cannot turn it on again. We are not in the US now, and in Uruguay (South America) no official service available. A dishwasher serviceman cannot repair if the electronic manual is not provided.
