The bottom sprayer shoots water up, but the top sprayer shoots very little water. So little that it doesn't turn at all. Also, the white plastic shaft that the food grinder is on has broken just below the cap that holds them all together. How to get water to shoot out of the upper sprayer? Please help. Tim
