The invoce from the local dealer shows the model number as KDFE304DSS. tHIS NUMBER IS NOT LISTED IN YOUR SITE. ALSO i NEED ASSISTANC IN OPENING THE DOOR; IT SEEMS THAT IT HAS BEEN LOCKED BY THE FACTORY.
