Question About KitchenAid Food Processor KFC3100ER2
Chopper won't work when pulse button is pressed...

I went to use my chopper just now and found that the white bar on the handle that is supposed to activate the switch to work the pulse button is not engaging enough to get the machine to work. I just bought the unit on Dec. 28th 2008 and have only used it once before. any ideas? Thabnks
