I have a new warmer Kitchen Aid drawer but for som...

I have a new warmer Kitchen Aid drawer but for some reason did not get the manuel from the contractor. Can not see where the model number is located on the drawer. Are there different ones? Also, I have 2 bars and 2 racks. Noticed that there are trays mentioned---should they have come with a new unit??
