Question About KitchenAid Freezer ksrs25iss03
Ice not dispensing down chute...

The freezer is making ice. Bucket is filled was ice.When I push the lever for ice, I can hear the motor running and the ice door opens where the ice supposed to drop down the chute. But when I press the lever for ice, the auger does not work when the freezer door is open.
