Question About KitchenAid Ice Maker W10136157B
Doesn't defrost to drop ice plate to heating wires...

Ice maker builds up a 2" plate of ice and will not go into a defrost cycle to let the layer of ice slide down to melt on the hot wires. I need a wire diagram to see if this wire that started hanging loose with a white plastic looking thermister on it is the cause?
