Question About KitchenAid Ice Maker None
Incomplete Cube Formation Cycle...

The heated grid does not melt through the ice sheets completely before the next sheet is ready, so the sheets stack over the grid at times and cause the water flow to run into the ice resevoir. The wires are warm, but is there a way to make them warmer/hotter?
