My icemaker is not making ice and I need to know how to troubleshoot. Also, I need to know how to clean and what solution to use. I did not receive the owners manual when it was installed last October. According to my invoice, the item code is KKUIC15PHZS. The description is 15 BI IM 25 LB CAPA SS. The icemaker was purchased by Ken Chapman at FEI-McKinney #63 on 10/18/13. If I could get a owners manual either by mail or online I would appreciate it.
