my kitchen aid oven started out having problems with the right front burner not always wanting to work. I would have to play with the knob for a bit to get it to initiate. Then the "off" button stopped working, we would have to pull the whole unit out and unplug it to turn the oven off. We unscrewed the front panel but we were unable to get it off because it felt like it would break if we pulled harder or lifted it up or down. Please help me fix my oven.
