can you put metal in the micro oven since it is me...

can you put metal in the micro oven since it is metal inside? The inside of the microwave is metal and magnetic, with steel screw heads exposed, if you have a metalic cooking pan, can you use it to cook in the top section of the kitchenaid micro oven? It even broils with both top micro and bottom oven.
