How do i increase the temperature to turn the convection oven on -- Everytime I press the bake button and then try to enter an oven temperature, an "err" light comes on and does not allow me to enter a temperature higher than the 177 degrees already programmed in? I would like a step by step instruction as to how to set the temperature to use the oven for baking and turn the oven on.

0 i was able to read the manual but it doesn't explain how to set the temperature for the lower oven -- the manal only explains how to change farenheit to celcius but not how to set the bake function in the lower uven to the desired temperature. please give me a step by step --i need to be able to use my oven to bake the dishes im' preparing -- and i need to be able to set the correct temperature -- the manual doesn't explain this thanks
