Question About KitchenAid Microwave Oven KHMS145KSS
loud humming noise...

I purchased the above in 2002. It is makeing a loud noise (humming) and not heating. All else works, lights, control panel, turntable. The handle came off the first year I purchased it. I have read several similar handle complaints since researching this product.
