Question About KitchenAid Oven KEBC278
I have a KEBC278 oven.I cannot set it for proofing...

I have a KEBC278 oven.I cannot set it for proofing bread, although I've followed the directions in the manual (select oven; press and hold "baked goods" for 5 seconds). Instead of 100 degrees I get an error message.
