Question About KitchenAid Oven KEBC147
The broiler -- both in regular and convection mode...

The broiler -- both in regular and convection mode -- does not get hot enough to broil even though I use the 500 degree setting . I use the 2nd or 3rd rack. One way or the other I end up with gray not browned meat. Can the setting be increased? Any other advice?
