Question About KitchenAid Range KGSI901
Electronic Control Pad...

After self cleaning, the electronic control panel is not working and the door is locked. The gas and electricity is on as the stove top burners ignite and work correctly. Thanks, David

4 David, this has happened to me twice and both times required a service call of over $300 each time.

0 Yes, same here. It seems that the stove might not be vented correctly. The counter behind the range blocks the vent grille of the stove. It might be overheating when in cleaning mode. The next time we clean we will pull the stove out so that the vent is not blocked and see if that works. David
