I have a KERC500 that won't heat up to the correct...

I have a KERC500 that won't heat up to the correct temperature. The broiler element works on broil, the oven heats up, just not the correct temperature. Looking at the schematic, I'm thinking its a bad oven sensor. Any thoughts?
