I was Cleaning the oven, It sounded like a fuse blew. the front panel (where the clock is) went blank. Unplugged, checked fuse in basement. the burners still work. Oven door is locked shut

5 I called Kitchen Aid Directly. Luckily if you registered your product you have a five year warranty on the parts for the stove. I had to pay the 80 for the repair man to come out but the part was covered thru kitchen aid. It turns out I did burn out the fuse in the back of the range. Because the oven got so hot when I was cleaning it. I would not recommend cleaning the oven on the high setting. Hope this helps

0 I've had my kitchen aid range for 4 years now. I just experienced the same problem. Luckily I have and extended protection plan. I hope it can get resolved!
