The broiler doesn't work, but the bottom element does also the clean cycle won't work (related I guess). I've lost the manual except in French. Is there anything I can try before calling in a repair person. we've had a lot of trouble with this product, and have had the control panel changed twice-this does not seem to be the current problem. thanks
