Oven temperature...

Kitchenaid KERS897SSB The oven temp isset at 350F and preheats and cooks for eg. 1 hour. Press stop, then press srart again, and temp shows 317F +or- a few degrees. Is this normal? If not, can the temp accuracy be adjusted? Thanks.
