My refrigerator was manufactured 11-98. It has worked fine until today. The freezer compartment is not cool at all, though the refrigerator side is fine. I'm guessing the problem is the freezer temp control??? Also guessing it is located in in the compartment with the light socket and the temp control slides in the refrigerator. Am I close? How do I remove the panel cover (two screws then???) without damage and is there any point to a visual inspection of the temp control? Thanks.
