I am having problems with my side by side KitchenA...

I am having problems with my side by side KitchenAid refrigerator model # KSSC36QM-03. The alarm seems to be going off and making an odd humming noise. The temperature seems to be holding but the noise is driving us crazy. Any thoughts on what this is or how to stop it?
