I have a kitchenaid model kbra20elss01 ice maker n...

I have a kitchenaid model kbra20elss01 ice maker not making ice. I can't get to the back of the fridge based on how it is positioned. Do you have any suggestions on what could be wrong and how I can fix the problem? The ice maker itself is clear of any ice.
