Side by side. Ice maker works fine, makes ice, dumps ice into basket. when I push lever to dispense ice, nothing happens, no hum or noise of any kind. This started failing after a power failure of 4 days. I didn't think about emptying ice/water. with power back on everything froze up and it sat there trying to turn ice auger. Should I remove the 2 small screws in the cover below the ice basket, or will parts start falling out that I cant figure out where they they came from? I am quite sure the auger drive motor is burned out , unless there is a temperature reset button on it. I need some help on how to get the auger drive motor out Thks for any help Sam
