5 This is either the ejector levers that flip the ice out are broken from the defrost heater being bad or the heaters bad and the levers cannot flip the ice out from the tray/mold. The defrost heater slightly melts the ice prior to harvest/ejection , if this is not happening these 2 culprits are to blame assuming water is getting into the ice tray/mold?
