KitchenAid KBLS22KVSS Refrigerator crisper on righ...

KitchenAid KBLS22KVSS Refrigerator crisper on right side is freezing vegatables. Why? Overall temp setting is 38 degrees F. Humidity control lever is set to low, although I have had it at high and the result is the same. Please advise.
