kitchenaid kss042fmx01 side by side refrigerator need to change the in-grille water filter and cannot find the owner's manual- it won't pull out straight or twist easily and I don't want to force it either way and break something. Can someone tell me how the water filter comes out? twist and pull or just pull straight with a LOT more force than I'm already applying?
