Model KSCS25INSSOO SER # SS1822398 The Ice maker ...

Model KSCS25INSSOO SER # SS1822398 The Ice maker is not making Ice. I have water from the dispenser so have water to the ice maker. There is a red light blinking next to the on/off switch for the ice maker. Any Ideas why its not making ice?
