Question About KitchenAid Refrigerator None
my fridge is defrosting itself...

my fridge is at 60 degrees. my freezer looks like it's snowing.... What do I do? the dials... someone turned them to 7!!!!!!!!! now they are at 4 and it's not helping! what do I do?? I have no manual and I cannot find one. we have alot of $$ in food in our freezer... and this will be very costly. please help.
