Noticed water coming from bottom R corner of the f...

Noticed water coming from bottom R corner of the freezer. discovered ice that had pooled on the lower floor of freezer. water coming from back grid. when the freezer floor thickened w ice the water dripped from that lower corner. How do we fix the problem?
