Question About KitchenAid Refrigerator KBFS20ETSS01
replace a part...

replacing part 16 (67005860) that is the right side of the crisper draw thta has a temperture control lever. The new part does not have this lever so you have to use the existing one but lever does not snap or screw off. Looks like the plastic it I force it off. what is the trick?
