We had a 1 hr power outage two days ago, then the next day, heard beeping followed by relay clicks, and noticed not freezing well. Yesterday, I made sure coils and fan in bottom back of unit are clean and running good. Then I shut power off for a few minutes. The beeping stopped, but the compressor is still almost always running, not getting cool, relay clicking every minute or two. What else can I check to troubleshoot? (I plan on opening up the panel inside today to see if the inside blower is operating. I am handy with repairs, but I dont have a troubleshooting manual. I do have schmatic diag though.
