service tech out yesterday he forgot to turn freez...

service tech out yesterday he forgot to turn freezer cooling and refrig cooling back on ...when i try the freezer which I set on 0 goes to 4...wont stay at 0...when I try to set refrig cooling at 38..it says 58 and wont change...PLEASE HELP
