The water dispenser is delivering water at about 1/2 the volume it originally delivered water. Is there a filter on the dispensing tube I need to clean out? I change the filter at the bottom on the refrigerator when the indicator reads over 70% full.. I just changed it at 56% full with restricted flow of water dispensing and it made no difference. Please advise. Nancy
