There is a terrible odor coming from our refrigera...

There is a terrible odor coming from our refrigerator ( bottom freezer) model#kbrc36fks02). We have thoroughly cleaned the refrigerator 2x and thrown out much food. The grill has been removed and vacuumed. The odor still persists. Is there a hidden drip pan that we are not seeing?do you have any ideas?
