The end of the water filter broke off when attempting to remove (turning counterclockwise). This is the filter which is mounted through the lower grill beneath the freezer door. The round knob which holds the filter slides over a rectangular piece which is at the end of the filter. This rectangular piece snapped off cleanly, leaving nothing th grip. I've tried different tools to grip the rounded end of the filter but to no avail. Need suggestions to remove filter.
