How do you pull the metal filters out to clean. They seem to have a metal stop that does not allow the filter to be pulled downward. I have push back and forth up and down and sideways. I have done so gently, I was afraid to use too much force. There has got to be a trick. My manual says pull down. This does not seem to work. There are two stops either side of the grip.
