KRD801V Retractable Down Draft Ventilation Hood...

Hood is stuck up. Filters are solidly in place. Power off,power on does not help.

0 My retractable hood is stuck in the UP position. There is no response to the up/down button and no response to the blower speed sliding control. The breaker is on.
