The display unit stopped working on my hood. Kobe gave me the name of the local support person (Eric Fung, 510-798-4409), who removed the unit and said he sent it to you. This was over 2 months ago. I have tried repeatedly to contact Eric by email and by phone, and he has not gotten back to me about the status of my hood. Is there anything you can do to help?
