dont understand 'additional time' or 'set time' in table of proramming sequences. Also times dont add up

1 I do actually have a manual...its just that I dont understand what is meant by 'set time' and 'additional time' in the table of programmes. I'd be grateful for any info you may have on this but many thanks anyway.
