i have bought Bifinett Microwave oven from LIDL & ...

i have bought Bifinett Microwave oven from LIDL & now theSynchronous Motor is not working, tried to ring the phone given in the service book but not working. Also tryed their email which is support.uk@kompernass.com, which is totley hopeless. could any one suggest what to do please.
