Hello, I have the KrupsXP4020,but the frother dosnt work,and when I switch over to activate, make a cup of coffee and then after switch to neutral ( switch vertical)it delays for 5/6 seconds, therefore wasting water and coffee.I am quite practical,could someone tell me how to correct these problems
