I have a Krups FME2 coffee maker. The audible signal is "on," the factory default. The manual states that to turn it off, push the Prog. and 1-3 buttons simultaneously, whereupon "yes" can be changed to "no," to be confirmed by pushing the Prog. button again. My coffeemaker doesn't allow that, and hasn't from the day we bought it. Please suggest a workaround for this, as the audible signal drives me crazy!
