KRUPS GUSTO 880

for Krups Coffeemaker Gusto 880-42

My Krups works fine, but suddenly the water becomes a litle colored, withe. It have a smell like is something is burn. Don't know if is overheating the water or something. Should I open the machine

    Before you open this up follow the procedure for descaling I posted. It should clean up the lines that the fluid reaches. If then the problem DOES NOT go away then if you have the know how to service the 880, then I would do it.
