My Krups PCE1285000 works perfectly - BUT it does ...

My Krups PCE1285000 works perfectly - BUT it does not shut itself off. We have to pull its plug out of the electric outlet to shut it off - potentially dangerous should we forget to do so. Can you recommend a repair place - we live in Berkeley CA, zip 94705. Thank you.
