I put the coffee (ground) into the top compartment, make sure I have enough water in the well, but then it says put container under steam nozzle, which I do, then it says press hot water button, then filling in progress, but nothing happens. It then goes back to "container under steam nozzle", "press hot water button", "filling in progress" over and over. Can you please help? I cannot find my manual either. Regards, Tamara
