My Krups 893 has stopped working. When the knob is turned to the "on" position, the pump runs as normal, but water doesn't pump through to the nozzle. The water reservoir is full. There is no coffee capsule inserted. I wonder whether it could possibly have become scaled somewhere in the pipes. Any suggestions as to how to resolve would be appreciated. Thanks!
