5 go to krups site. www.krupsusa.com. model 963/A is shown as model 872 type is steam. when you request instruction book for 872 it downloads 963/A. Just luck and sheer determination that i found it!

0 Found manual on Krups site but model is called 872 Krups mini espresso. Also you have to know the type is steam. When you request manual for 872 model it pull up manual for 963/A. they look exactly the same.
