Krups FBC413 Toaster Oven - Elements do not heat...

Oven controls, e.g., toast, bake, broil, clock, timer, temperature all seem to function. However, when you push start the elements (long glass tubes) do not heat up. There is a low volume hum sound that emits from the toaster oven but not heat. Respond to rmfarrell@sbcglobal.net
