repair manual...

Product see above. There seems to be a loose conection in the control board causing the toaster to stop working for a while (hours up to a day). I tried to open the toaster but shprt of prying the cover off it I wasn`t able to open it (The first time I have been unable to open a product. My email is dale.simonich@vivax.com.br
